I think that the answer is choice D. The decimal that will be formed by 7/15 has a digit in the hundredths place repeat. The decimal form of 7/15 is approximately equal to 0.466667. The number 4 is in the tenth place while the number 6 is at the hundredth place and so on going to the right.
