Explain the reason for the formation of communes and red guards in communist china

Red Guards were formed to enforce the action and directions of the communal. ed guards punished whoever opposed them. Communes were formed to create farms where a large number of people could work and live together. This was a part of the Cultural movement where peasants and farmers were ought to be given a good status and establishment of this society.
