What does the Nurse report to Capulet in Scene 5?

The nurse isn't in Scene 5 of Romeo and Juliet, so I assume you mean Scene 4? In Scene 4 the nurse goes to wake up Juliet but finds that she is unresponsive. She reports to Capulet and Lady Capulet that Juliet is "dead".
