P is inversely proportional to the square of (q+4). p=2 when q=2. Find the value of p when q =-2

P=k/(q+4)^2
Replace p=2 and q=2 in the expression to find k.
Once got thr value of k, replace back in thr expression.
Then finally replace q=-2 to obtain a value for p.
