0.99062557575455 to the nearest hundreth

The hundredth is the second place after the decimal. So we just take the number behind that and round it higher if it's above 5 or lower if it's below. Since the number after that is 0 it would just stay the same. Making the rounded version 0.99.

Answer: 0.99

That would be 0.99 because the hundredth place would be the second number after the decimal and since the number in the thousandths place is 0, the number in the hundredths place doesn't need to change.
