ATP is the energy source for the cells in your body. ATP is used to do every activity. Everything from blinking to walking, and even thinking. The body uses ATP to carry out it's daily functions.

ATP is essentially the energy currency of the body.It is the breakdown of ATP that releases energy which the body's tissues such as muscle can use.
