Mr. Taylor collected apples on Friday. On Saturday he collected 2/3 of the amount collected on Friday. How many bushels of apples did Mr. Taylor collect on Saturday?

There is not enough information because it really depends on how many apples there are in all. You must include how many apple Mr.Taylor collected on Friday.

For example, if Mr. Taylor collected 6 apples on Friday then on Saturday he collected 2/3 of the amount collected on Friday.
To solve it you could use the equation 2/3(x). X is the amount of apple Mr. Taylor collected on Friday. So the answer to my example is 4.
