Mike is working hard at marching band practice on a hot Saturday afternoon. He has flushed moist skin and sharp pains in his legs. What heat illness is he most likely experiencing?

It would be a heat cramp because when you have heat cramps you have sharp cramps in your legs and have very moist flushed skin. You can also have a mild fever, usually less than 102 degrees F. Hope this Helps :P
