Just replace 5 and 10 in the equation
x = 5, 4(5)^2-3 = 97
x = 10, 4(10)^2-3 = 397

4(5) to the power of 2 -3
:20 to the power of 2 =400
:400-3=397
4(10) to the power of 2 -3
:40 to the power of 2=1600
:1600-3=1597
