my answer -

1. Simply subtract 3x - 7 from x² + 4x - 1. x² + 4x - 1 - (3x - 7) ==> x² + 4x - 1 - 3x + 7 ==> x² + x + 6 2. This problem is similar to the first. a² + a - 6 - (a³ - 2a) ==> a² - a³ + a + 2a - 6 ==> -a³ + a² + 3a - 6 I hope this helps!

P.S

Have an AWESOME!!!!! day happy to help you.
