B is incorrect because she selected 3 from each state, not 150 all from one state.

C is incorrect because random sampling is good. It helps eliminate group biases in polling. C suggests that random sampling is a bad thing.

D is incorrect becasue once again, she selected 3 from each state, not 150 from one state.
