How has the devolution affected the structure of the united kingdoms government

Devolution led to devolved legislatures and the way members of parliament were elected, was changed. The administrations were also devolved. In 1994, ten government office regions were created. English regional assemblies were abolished. Greater London Authority was developed as a direct legislating authority.
