Julia saw a robin raising two blue jay chicks. Julia now thinks that it is possible for a robin to be a biological parent to blue jays. Is Julia's assumption correct?

false since she doesn't have blue jay genes and she needs blue jay genes to actually be able to give birth to blue jays.

No, it is not possible because a robin can only pass robin genes on to its offspring.
