how would you classify the barriers to exercising? Are they legitimate or excuses? Explain your answer.

The barriers to exercising are classified as excuses. Excuses like ones physical attributes shouldn't be an excuse to not exercise but a motivator. Time management is another barrier that is classified as an excuse. Even if someone has school or work there is a part of the day that can be used for exercise. Exercising doesn't always have to be an hour in the day.
