Picture 1: the colonists rights had been trampled over by the British, so they renamed the coercive rights and intolerable rights.
Picture 2: the Boston tea party was not appropriate because colonists wasted so much money on that wasted tea, but they had for the motivation to stand up for their right and to risk their life for independence.
