How do you find the base of a triangle when the height of the triangle is 4 inches greater than twice its base? The area of the triangle is 168 square inches.

b=12 ans. for the base.
Proof
168=12(2*12+4)/2
168=12(24+4)/2
168=12*28/2
168=336/2
168=168
