We kept giving Hitler more and more saying oh well he will stop after he gets this one, kind of like adding fuel to the flames, the more he got the less satisfied he was and we were just letting it happen.

What did Churchill mean when he said that instead of being forced to “snatch” his “victuals from the table,” Hitler had “them served to him course by course”?
