32 cups because there are 16 cups in 1 gallon so 16x2 is 32. Ur welcome!!

For starters, you want to find out how many cups go into a gallon. thats 16, since there are 2 gallons you would do 16x2, which is 32.
Jorges watering can can hold 32 cups
