Renewable sources of energy do not contribute to global warming. Use of these resources rather helps in mitigating the global warming. A few example of these are hydroelectric power, wind generated power, solar energy, geothermal energy, tidal energy, biomass energy etc. These can replace the use of fossil fuels, and help reduce the global warming.
