When an interviewer asks you a challenging question about a weakness, what is the best way to respond? to be completely honest with the interviewer, talk about the employment weakness that concerns you most. demonstrate your honesty by bringing up every weakness you can identify. mention a previous weakness and the way you have corrected it. to prove you have only strengths, reply that you have no weaknesses at all?

I would state a developmental area for example I have recently signed up for Excel classes to become more proficient in spreadsheets. Stating the area and how you have corrected it or intend to cure the problem. I wouldn't call it a weakness but developmental opportunity.
