Somatoform disorder is a kind of mental illness which includes many symptoms, with body pain of the main. The nurse should take care that the patient should not be moved very much. Painful medications or procedure should be avoided. Further, care should be taken not to stress out the patient, as he can very easily get anxiety. The medics should aways behave calmly and carefully with such patients.
