Carbohydrates. this is because carbohydrates turn into sugar in the body. Because diabetics are unable to process glucose sufficently, too much carbohydrates may be dangerous. This does NOT mean you COMPLETELY eliminate carbohydrates from your diet because as we know, carbohydrates are a macromolecule, they are an essential nutrient our body obtains through food and uses it as energy for the cells.
