y = k/x is the inverse equation.
6 = k/11
Solving for k, multiply by 11 on both sides.
66 = k
y = 66/x

13.2 = 66/x
x = 5

Answer:

The answer is the option D

x=5

Explanation:

we know that

A relationship between two variables, x, and y, represent an inverse variation if it can be expressed in the form
y*x=k or
y=k/x

in this problem we have

For
x=11, y=6

Find the value of the constant k

y*x=k------>
k=6*11=66

The equation is equal to

y=k/x------>
y=66/x

For
y=13.2

Substitute the value of y and find the value of x

x=66/y ------>
x=66/13.2=5
