MULTIPLE QUESTIONS

If the British refer to an eighth note in music as a quaver, what do they mean by a demisemiquaver?

Which is worse to be pusillanimous, or to be insincerely magnanimous in order to impress people? Or do you think that "insincerely magnanimous" is a self-contradiction?

Please help me!
Not trying to be mean but I will report any unanswered answers that people put judt for points.

A demisemiquaver is a thirty-second note!

I believe that being being insincerely magnanimous is a contradiction because there is no genuine forgiveness given.
