y=mx+b, first find the slope, m, (y2-y1)/(x2-x1)
m=(87-63)/(6-4)=24/2=12, so far we have:
y=12x+b, now using point (4,63) we can solve for b
63=12(4)+b
63=48+b
15=b, so the line is:
y=12x+15
Anyway as we found earlier, the slope of the line is 12.
