the logarithm laws state that
log (a/b) = log (a) - log (b)
notice that
log6 (15) = log6 (30/2)
So
log6 (15) = log6 (30/2) = log6 (30) - log6 (2)
so
log6 (15) = 1.898 - 0.387 = 1.511
