There Sherman Anti-Trust Act broke up monopolies so the answer should be B.

The Sherman Antitrust Act was made to break up the trusts that were made in the government. For example, let's say BettaFlyer got into the presidential elections, if I vote for him and he wins, I will get a job in the government, that's a trust. Your answer would be B! Corporations could vote for a candidate and in return get something in the government.
