Gore), pick one case to discuss. If you were Supreme Court justice would you have ruled in the same manner as they did? Why or why not?

I will pick Bush v. Gore. If I would have been a Supreme Court Justice at this time, I would have ruled for Al Gore over George Bush. If the Supreme Court had ruled in his favor and let the recount resume, there would have possibly been a different president.

In my opinion, I would pick Bush V. Gore because If I had of been a Supreme Court Justice at this time, I would have ruled for Al Gore over George Bush.
