I only know the four effects of the Townshend Acts that are :
1) Taxed imported goods;
2) Created new tax collectors;
3) Offenders sent to a judge in Britain;
4) Smuggling increased... and the Townshend Acts tax did the Glass, tea, lead and paint, which could only be bought from Britain.
