Although I am not Mormon, I do have some friends that are. Mormon proms are very strict and tied to the restrictions/beliefs of the religion. I don't want to sound offensive or anything... Just putting that out there. But short skirts and other 'inappropriate dressing' is prohibited. Couples and people keep a general distance to limit physical touch so to speak, besides dances like the waltz or slow dancing. Things like that. It's considered a night of good, clean fun.
