-2 =< n + 4 =< 7
Subtrach by 4 on both sides
- 2 - 4 =< n + 4 - 4 =< 7 - 4
- 6 =< n =< 3
Therefore n = -6, -5, -4, -3, -2, -1, 0, 1, 2, 3
