A grizzly bear’s top speed is about 36 mph. This speed makes the bear about 1 1/2 times as fast as an African elephant. What is the top speed of an African elephant?

We have a principle that we use

Divide by what you have and multiply by what you want so your formula is

36/11x2 which equals to 6.545 rounded would be 6.55

54mph because 36×1 1/2 is equal to 36+36×1/2 which is 18
