It would be the Galaxy because the solar system is just plants are stuff. But, the galaxy expands way farther out than the solar system. The galaxy is quite an interesting thing. (You should know that the galaxy is outside the solar system 0_0 )

The galaxy is outside the solar system.
The solar system is just the sun, planets and their moons. Basically, the solar system is
inside
the galaxy. So the galaxy is
outside
the solar system.
