there are 60 seconds in 1 minute, thus 120 seconds in 2 minutes
and one revolution is just one-go around the circle or 2π

thus
\bf \cfrac{20\pi }{secs}\cdot \cfrac{120\ secs}{2mins}\cdot \cfrac{revolution}{2\pi }
