assuming you can repeat them
26*26*26
no listed
ok, lets assume that you can't repeat them
that is 26 times 25 times 24 (because you used 1 each time)
that is 26!/23! (because 26*25*24*23!=26!)
answer is D (only if there is a factorial sign after the 23)
