PLEASE HELP ASAP!!!  

The law of reflection states that the angle of incidence equals the angle of reflection. Define the angle of incidence in terms of a line normal to the surface.

The reflection will have the same angle with the incident with respect to the surface as well as the normal. The normal is 90 degrees to the surface. If θ is the angle of incidence with respect to the surface, then the angle with respect to the normal is φ = (90-θ)
