The correct answer is option B. "all staff members should deal with misbehavior in the same way". In order to give positive guidance to children it is very important that all staff members that participate in group capacitations deal with misbehavior in the same way. If a children notices that other children are not treated equally, she or he could develop resentment or started to be spoiled it.
