Who destroyed what in the Third Punic War

IF im correct the romans and the Punic Wars mainly focused on Tunisia, mainly on the Siege of Carthage, which resulted in the complete destruction of the city, Phoenician colony of Carthage and the Roman Republic were fighting making destruction so it was the romans and the Phoenician colony of Carthage that destroyed cities in the punic wars.
