How do carbon dioxide and oxygen levels in the oceans compare to those in the air

Both levels of both gasses in the air and in the ocean are relatively balanced as the ecosystems (seaweed, fish etc vs. people, trees etc.) use both of them and keep them at relatively the same levels on both the surface and in the ocean.
