NEED HELP ASAP!!! Why would using glucose isomerase be beneficial for someone who wants to produce a large amount of fructose?

Fructose and glucose are both monosaccharides. Fructose is also referred to as the fruit sugar and is found in many plants. It is very often bonded with glucose to form sucrose. Since glucose is more abundant, the use of isomerase catalytically converted glucose to fructose.
