Remember, a circle has 360 degrees. Therefore, an angle of 51 degrees would be 51/360 of a circle.
HOWEVER, both the numerator and denominator can be simplified by a factor of 3.
51 / 3 = 17
360 / 3 = 120
Therefore, the final fraction is 17/120.
