well, this is simple
All you need to do is find out how much 1 inch represents first.
Do this by dividing 190 by 3. 190/3=63.3 infinite.
So, now take 63.3, and multiply it by 10!
63.3*10=633
10 centimeters represents 633 miles in the map.
