how does stoker use dates, cultural customs, geography, and jonathons descriptions to make this story seem realistic but so remotely located that his fellow victorian readers would probably not already know anything about the region jonathon travels to? give 1 example of each of those 4 elements.

He dates the entries as someone would a letter or a journal, like many people used to have. He uses Christianity in the story because almost everyone is a christian at this time. Jonathan’s descriptions helped to make the story more realistic because he talked in the way the intended audience did, the thought many of the same things as well.
