The correct answer is (b) Archaebacteria.

Archaebacteria are least important when it comes to recycling. The forest will tile up if there will be no fungi in the forest so the pressence of fungi is more important as compared to the pressence of Archaebacteria. They are present in small amount in soil as their native habitat is hot vents. They are present in minute quantities in the soil of forest, so they are not considered as the important recyclers.
