Well, first you should try setting them equal to each other, as they're equal.
5+3x=2x+11
-5 -2x -2x -5
------------------
x =
6
From there, just plug it in, so
CJ = 5 + 3(6)
CJ = 5 + 18
CJ = 23

5+3x=2x+11
-5 -5
3x=2x+6
-2x -2x
x=6
