We have to calculate AC ( hypotenuse ):
AC² = 29² + 28²
AC² = 841 + 1444
AC² = 2285
AC = √2285
AC = 47.8
And for the angle C:
cos C = Adjacent / Hypotenuse
cos C = 38 / 47.8
cos C = 0.794979
∠ C = cos ^(-1) 0.794979
∠ C = 37.35° ≈ 37°
Answer: ∠ C = 37°.
