editor in cheif just revises everything. same as an editor just another one

The editor-in-chief is the person in charge of all editorial departments of a newspaper. He or she has the last call in deciding what is published or not. This person takes care of day-to-day operations of a newspaper and oversees all the editors to make sure they are doing their jobs.
