All of these are most likely the reason why there was resistance, but if I had to pick one.. it would be A

Answer: A) slaves who obeyed the wishes of the owner.

Slaves who followed the orders and wishes of their owners were unlikely to give rise to resistance or revolts. However, threats, punishment and dehumanizing treatment were some of the main reasons why slaves engaged in resistance. Other reasons were their ill-treatment, lack of freedom, lack of rights under the law, separation of their families, and other extremely cruel aspects of their lives.
