Is it possible for two parents displaying a dominant trait to have a child displaying that recessive trait? A. Yes, they always will B. No, they never will C. They will only under certain circumstances D. It is impossible to tell

It depends if both parents are heterozygous or homozygous. If they're both heterozygous then yes they can have a child with the recessive trait. If they're homozygous they can not because there is no recessive trait
