By definition, the Clayton antitrust act of 1914 was amended by the United States Congress during 1914 as a ratification in the under-developed Sherman Antitrust Act wherein it generally contains policies regarding the prohibition of unfair business practices. In addition, the tying contracts are not included in the amendment.
